आकर्ण्य जननी सापि परमं विस्मयङ्गता |
पाण्डुरङ्गस्य माहात्म्यं ज्ञात्वा हर्षमवाप च
नामदेवस्तु बाल्येपि साक्षात्कृत्य श्रियः पतिम् |
सदा भक्तिरसोन्मत्तो लोकवेदातिगोsभवत् ||
The mother was quite surprised to hear that account. Realizing the glory of Lord Panduranga, she became very happy. Namadeva, who had seen Lord Panduranga face to face in such a young age, lived like an intoxicated man immersed in the nectar of devotion to God standing beyond all the worldly and Vedic restrictions.
